TIM JAUERNIG

Tim Jauernig is a degreed electronics engineer and is an accomplished guitar player with many years of live and studio experience. Tim attended The University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point music school with Greg Koch and has always pursued employment in the music industry. The afore mentioned is extremely important to note. As an engineer and a guitar player Tim is able to create those extremely desired products and sounds for the guitar playing community, with a great knowledge of both approaches.

Tim started by creating “mods” for the industry’s leading brands of stomp box effects and amplifiers. Tim has created mods for many other notable companies such as Wampler Pedals/Indy Guitarist and many custom one off “mods” for notable artists such as:

Tim has a very successful pedal line of his own including the Gristle King, Luxury Drive and the DGTM all endorsed by Greg Koch. All of Tim’s products are now being built and distributed by T-Rex. Tim’s knowledge as an amp builder and circuit guru is very sought after by many large companies. Tim has now come on board with Tone Clone Pedals due to their similar design philosophy and quality of their products. Tim will be participating in new designs for Tone Clone Pedals and will also bring the ability to introduce some very eagerly anticipated “Mods” for Tone Clones existing products.

All “mods” are a combination of the old tried and true and some new tonal twists as well. All “mods will be custom installs by Tim himself. Please send us any of your pedals that fit the “mod” descriptions and we will be happy to apply what we feel make these stock pedals sound amazing. We will soon be offering prebuilt “mods” to some of the leading industry pedals as well. Look for those in the near future at extremely affordable prices.
